Born and raised in Albany, NY, Molly Ross developed a passion for storytelling early on. She attended Albany High School before heading to the University of Connecticut, where she earned a dual degree in Communications and Journalism. While at UConn, Molly worked in the athletic department, filming practices and games, capturing footage for the iconic Jumbotron at Gampel Pavilion, and editing hype videos for the legendary UConn women's basketball team. From there, she found her stride in advertising, joining BBDO NY as a Production Coordinator and working her way up to Senior Producer. During her time there, she produced campaigns for global brands including Bacardi, American Red Cross, Sandy Hook Promise, Visa, Snickers, SAP, and M&Ms. She later moved to VCCP NY, leading production for White Claw and Tate’s.
